Need better DDR3 ram

Hello everyone, I am here seeking advice on upgrading my ram and maybe finding a smaller cpu fan.

The type of ram am looking for is a duel channel 16 gig kit, with low Cas.

Why are you looking to change RAM? 8 gig is plenty for almost every use, and RAM timings has very little effect on speed, it's usually only tweaked by heavy overclockers and those that try to get top scores in benchmarks.

I've been wanting to upgraded to 16 gigs for a while now. I host a minecraft FTB server on my desktop for a few of my friends which chews up about 4-6gigs of ram then I have all my other background programs to worry about.

I'd just get another pair of the RAM you have now instead of junking (or selling for a loss) and paying double for new RAM. Low latency in RAM is good, but it won't make enough of a difference where you would want to replace existing stuff. You can find RAM tests where they benchmark things with different latency and RAM speeds and make up your own mind of-course.
