I have this configuration:
MotherBoard: Asus maximus VIII Ranger.
CPU: i7 4790k 4 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960 Windforce 2x OC x1
RAM: 16 GB
Disks: SSD 120 GB and SATA 7200 RMP
PSU: Super Flower Golden Green 80+ gold 650 w
Noctua NH-D15 and 1x Fractal R4 fan.

So I´m wondering if I can pull out having 2 GTX 960 (same model as mine) with this PSU and this configuration.

Solution
Yes that is enough power.

However I am curious, is this a new build you are planning to do SLI 960s? Or are you just plugging a second into your current rig?

Yea I´m planing to plug the second one into current rig.

I see. But have you considered selling the 960 and purchasing a 970? You can get $100-$130 for a used 960 on eBay easy enough, and a new Gigabyte 960 sells for around $200, so for the same amount of money you can just get a GTX 970 (or R9 390) for better performance. But if you don't want to deal with selling it I understand.

Hehe I knew you were going to ask that and I agree with you 100%, but the thing is I´m getting this GTX 960 from a friend, since he´s getting GTX 970 and is willing to sell 960 for cheap price so I wanted to check if I can run SLI with this PSU that I have in my current rig.
