Well, currently using 2x GTX670s and Windows 10 and having issues with the occasional freezing.

What will happen is things will work just fine for anywhere between 30mins - even a few days. I have been having this issue since around November and everything worked perfectly before then. I have tried rolling back to older drivers and updating to Windows 10's latest milestone. Once I freeze once, it will keep happening even after I restart and wont fix itself until the next day or so. I'm sure this is driver related as it will then boot fine if I remove the display drivers and will freeze again when windows updates attempts to install them.

Everything seems to be fine on Windows 7, but am very happy with Windows 10 and don't want to have to revert back.

Solution
Re Install the latest driver but use custom mode, click on clean install and see if you still have issues after that. A clean install of the driver is a good start to clear problems up. See how you go with that.
