Best 250gb m.2 ssd under 150 bucks

Hi Guys, i am looking for the best 150 dollar m.2 ssd that has 250 gb storage, i have looked for days, but have been unable to see any good ones, and im not so good in the components part, sorry for any bad english, im from denmark, all answers are apreciated

You can get a perfectly good 250GB M.2 Samsung 850 EVO for quite a lot less than $150. You could get the 500GB version for $150.

BUT, isnt a m.2 ssd faster?

I just linked you the M.2 version of the 850 EVO. They have both SATA and M.2 versions of the SSD, and yes, it is faster.

M.2 also comes in two varieties - 2 pcie lanes or 4. What motherboard/M.2 slot do you have. If it's z97 - 2 lanes.

I just looked at the M.2 EVO specs - no better than the sata version.
If you want a fast M.2 Samsung then you need the SM951 - to use it to it's full potential you need M.2 pcie 3.0 x4
