Hello all, so i was disassembling my computer, because I wanted to put new thermal paste on, so the first problem which i encountered was i cant remove my water cooler, 3 screws came out fine, but the last one didnt, so im still stuck with that, i accidentaly scratched my motherboard on the main side, but there are no signs of that, except right below the screw there is some wierd stuff, because it just spins and doesnt come out.. I have tried a lot of stuff, but nothin works, that son of a bit** isnt comming out..

And the second thing is that i scratched backside of the motherboard i can see copper linings

I got asus maximus vii ranger motherboard, i have added pictures.

Those inserts that you screw into are pressed into the mobo and stay there because the have a knurled side wall. They are not meant to be over tightened. You need to gently grasp the insert and try to remove the screw. The scratch you see looks like it is just through the solder mask. Solder mask is a protective coating pcb manufacturers use to cover up everything except for what needs to be solder to. Your mobo is fine as long as the pcb traces do not have any open circuits - they do not look like they do but the picture is not the best.
