Hi

I just placed my new motherboard ASROCK 970 Pro3 R2.0.Everything works fine but im worried about something. As i was placing a copper spacer for a bolt, the copper spacer and the mobo hole were not perfectly aligned so that i could place the bolt in.So i didn't.
In conclusion,i have a single hole in my mobo that doesn't have a bolt, but it a copper spacer underneath it.Is that ok?

Thank you and sorry for any spelling mistakes.

If the "spacer" you're talking about means the little stand that goes between the motherboard and the case, then no, you don't need to use all of them.

For future reference, that "spacer" is a called a "stand-off."

Yes it's fine. However, you should look to address the reason why it is misaligned. This often happens when the IO shield is not properly installed, or the motherboard's IO ports are not properly seated into the shield.
