Windows 8.1 idle RAM usage @ 48%

I'm using DDR4 G Skill Ripjaw V 3,200mhz 4x2 8GB... I dnt know why but when i open my computer and check my task manager 48% Memory is being used. Please Help me find a solution. I'm using Wind. 8.1 thanks mate

What programs do you have running?

Not too uncommon if you have a lot of tabs open in programs like chrome.
