I am looking for, as the title states, a good $150-$200 GPU. I highly doubt I can go over this budget. I saw some GPUs out on New Egg selling for $209.99 and less, but they rose in price by $30 recently.
Due to my last post, I know I'll need a new PSU for any GPU.
My Specs:
AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor
8gb of RAM (2x 4gb)
Turbo-link 500W PSU
1x AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (A r7 250 2gb I think)
500gb Hard drive (nearly full)
Windows 8.1
Running two monitors:
1920x1080 and 1280X1024
On the my last post, people chose a gtx 960 ssc 4gb. Well, since the price rose, I don't think I'll be able to raise the budget any further more (total cost) than $210. What does the rest of the community suggest getting?

*Late Edit
For anyone who is interested in what games I would be playing with this new GPU.
I would be running these games with hopefully Maxed settings:
Warthunder
Planetside 2
World of Tanks
World of Warships
Minecraft
Space Engineers
Arma 3
Fallout 4
Heroes and generals

For around $150 the GTX 750ti is the best you're going to get:

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card ($129.88 @ OutletPC)
Total: $129.88
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

At closer to the $200 mark you could get a GTX 960 or AMD R9 380. I would highly recommend saving a few more dollars for the $200 line, you'll see a big jump in performance.

Example of a very good GTX 960 model right at $200:

Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card ($199.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $199.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also a very good point. tea urchin is spot on when recommending a PSU upgrade along with the GPU.

I know it might seem like the expenses are piling up, but it isn't a good investment if your new graphics card is damaged because of your current power supply. Another item that really is worth saving up for so you can upgrade both at the same time.

This would be a very good PSU to pair with the GTX 960 to give you an example of what to save up for:

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($55.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $55.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

That's why I said I would be upgrading the PSU as well. As someone else also agreed my PSU is pretty much junk. Thanks for your input though!

Thanks for your input as well! I have always had one eye on the cheaper gtx 750 FTW, would that be any different? That was my original GPU choice, but then I dug a little around and saw the vast variety of different GPUs, plus with my bad PSU. I have wanted to play on these games like all those you-tubers do, with smooth frame-rates and great graphics settings! The gtx 960 may be the best thing though. Alas, you may be right about saving a bit more for the 960, but the Amazon one is out of stock currently. I'll definitely save the link, thank you, I'll continue my search for a few more weeks, then settle probably on either this one or the 750 (either ti or ftw). Depends as you said, whether I could scrounge up extra money for the GTX 960.

Darn it, I picked your other comment as the solution when I meant to make this one the solution.
