Video Card Not Working After Moving PC.

Hello, I recently moved my PC so I turned off my PSU, unplugged all necessary cables, plugged everything back in and turned on the PSU. However, the video card doesn't seem to run now. All other components and fans seem to be running fine. I was wondering, did the video card just burn out/short when I unplugged and plugged everything back in? No internals were touched, just the main power cable from wall to PSU.

Hi, oh yes I forgot to mention, I re-sat my video card and even tried the other PCI slot. I also tried to restart my motherboard and PSU again but still nothing from the video card.

Are you sure it's the GPU? Perhaps it's your display or the cable? When you turn on your computer... do you see the HDD light blinking? Are the fans running on the graphics card? I would try plugging in a different monitor or HDTV to verify.

Hello, graphics card fan is not running. Everything else seems to be working properly.
I've also tried other monitors and cables, still nothing.
I'm really hoping my card didn't die from a simple move.
