Looking i5 4460 or 4690 and motherboard

Hi, i currently looking a new processor and motherboard. Which is better , i5 4460 or i5 4690. Which motherboard should i choose. Asus B85M-G , Msi z97 pc mate , msi z97s sli krait edition. Any asrock and gigabyte can suggest ?

My current pc spec

Motherboard - GA-H67M-D2-D3 rev 1.1
CPU - i5 2400
RAM - 8GB
Graphic card - Asus GTX 960 4GB
Power supply - Cooler master extreme power plus 500W (model : RS-500-PCAR-D3)

Depends on your budget, i'm building a new PC soon and i'm going be using the Asrock Z97 Pro3 mobo, decent price, decent features. Z97 for overclocking although you don't need this...

I have a budget. If I buy i5 4690 with Asus B85M GAMER or Asus B85M PRO GAMER. My power supply will support ? Because my computer already 4 years ago. I just changed my asus hd6670 to asus strix gtx960 4GB in one month ago.

Your current CPU and motherboard is still pretty good, so why do you want to upgrade? Is the CPU bottlenecking?

Speaking from a gaming perspective, if you upgraded to Haswell you'd end up disappointed, as the improvements won't be noticeable.

My cpu and graphic work fine. No cpu bottleneck. So my cpu still can play a further game?
I don't need to upgrade ?
Or I just add a ssd?

A SSD is a great upgrade.
Don't change anything else until you need to.
Wait until you buy a game which your PC can't play

You should only upgrade when your current build can't do what you want it to.

An SSD for the OS and programs is always a good idea, but not for gaming. In that situation, an SSD will simply mean faster load and save times, not higher frame rates.

I have a Sandisk SSD Plus, which is an entry-level model, but still does a good job. The Samsung 850 EVO is another good choice, as is the Crucial BX series.
