With a CPU that has an unlocked CPU clock multiplier (like yours), the simplest way to increase clock speed is to increase the multi. In BIOS, Turn off Turbo Mode and start by raising the multi one click at a time. Save and boot to Windows. Run a stress test and watch temps. If temps are good and the test was stable, repeat. Eventually, you will either have an unstable result... Or temps will be too high. If the temps are fine but stability is bad, it is time to raise the vcore. Back in BIOS increase the vcore in as small an increment as possible, save, and try the stress test again. Repeat until stable.
If you feel you want more and temps are still good, raise the multi again and repeat the process. But don't go above 1.5V.
So that's the basics. Multi makes it go faster, voltage keeps it stable as it speeds up. Really good OC'ing can be much more involved that that, but that is the basics. For further details on OC'ing, I suggest perusing the web for a good tutorial.
