Does DDR4 Ram @3000MHZ work with a 6700k?

I was wondering if 4x8gb RAM at DDR4 3000mhz would work off the bat with an i7-6700k?
Or would it be better to get 2x16gb sticks?

It should yes.Two sticks might and probably will be easier on the memory controller which means less heat from the cpu.
Make sure to enable XMP for correct ram settings.

With the parts you chose should 750watt be fine if from a good brand/maker.Even sli should be good,like a gtx 970/980 for instance.Crossfire might need a bit more,look at 850watts to be sure for that.
A good deal on a good 1000watt gold/platinum rated psu could be fine though if you happen to run into it,but necessary ... no absolutely not.
