Okay, I am building this pc and I need suggestions which part is bad(motherboard/cooling/psu)

I cant pay full money so I am doing "Month Pay" in my country.

CPU: i3-4160 Haswell Intel 3.6GHz
MotherBoard: H81M-R/C/SI, Asus LGA 1150
HDD: ST1000DM003, Seagate Barracuda 1TB
RAM: Crucial, DDR3 - 1600, 2X 4GB
VideoCard: Asus Strix GTX950 2GB
Case: Happy-31, ITD, Case, 0.5mmSGCC,All black,USB 2.0,1*12cm
Cooler: THETA 20 PWM, Deepcool, CPU Cooler 95w, 1156,1155. 17.8～32.5dB(A)
Additional Cooler: XFAN 120, Deepcool, Cooler For Computer Case ,120×120×25mm, 26dB(A)
PSU: DE580, Deepcool, 450W, 120mm silent fan with PWM function

WILL 450W PSU Handle My computer?
Is Motherboard Okay?
Is Cooling Okay?

from the specs that you have provided yes 450W is more than enough for that system even allowing for a low quality psu you will be fine.

everything seems fine apart from the PSU its not a very high quality unit from my understanding, also what are going tobe your main uses for this computer, with a better understanding of what you want to use it for will give me a better answer more suited to your needs/wants, also where do you live in the world and where are you buying from?

I want to use it for gaming, and working but not for making games or that kind of hard stuff.
I know this setup will allow me to play amazing titles for a long time(2-4yr).
I live in Georgia located in Europe
I am buying it from the Store (If I tell you, you wont recognize it anyways) and It is currently cheapest store here.

So PSU Is bad and won't handle, and meanwhile Cooling & Motherboard is alright?

psu is sub par quality to from I know about it, for that kind of setup look at anything made by xfx or Season the amount of W is fine its just that psu in particular im worried about, and yes the motherboard is fine and the cooling isn't even needed really as you are not using a K version of your cpu you will be able to use to the stock cooler.

There are 2 ways, I can get ITD Brand 550w PSU, Or that 450w PSU From deepcool. other psus are too expencive

then if these 2 are your only options you should get the 450W Deepcool PSU
