Is this PC build good? Also need good cheap monitor

No it is not a very good build. Low quality PSU, ram needs to be a 2x4gb configuration, for dual channel. Drop the overclocking, and switch to an i5 4590, and a less expensive H97 board, unless there is a Z97 of similar cost. You can save some money, on keyboard/mouse switching to coolermaster's devastator bundle. Use the savings to get a better PSU and possibly GPU. Tier 1 or tier 2, for PSU.
