We don't know where you are from so we don't know where you can go, drive or fly lol

Now being serious.. this PC has only one flaw for now which is the display 17' is poor especially that that GPU can drive full HD on most of the games with not much of a problem.
So change the display and this PC actually looks good.

That mobo will allow you to put Ivy Bridge CPU so max is 3770K, you can upgrade practically any GPU.

I agree with the rest when they talk about upgrading the video cards. Either the GTX 970 or R9 390 are good for a 1080p screen.

If you have more than the 300 USB for budget, I might suggest some higher speed ram unless I'm misreading the 666mhz which means probably sticks of 1333. Some reports have Fallout 4 running better on faster ram, so a 16 gb kit of 1600Mhz would give you some improvement for 50-70 USD if you shop around. A 120 gb Solid state drive (or 240gb SSD) would help with loading times if you install it. You could also install your OS to the SSD to imrpove general Windows performance. Your motherboard only has 1 SATA 6 gb/s port so if you did put your OS on it, that would be the port you'd want to connect it to. You could also connect it to one of the slower ports, but that is sort of a waste. It would still be faster than your mechanical drive even in the slower port, though. Your current Hard Drive can be placed in one of the SATA 3gb/s ports without a loss of performance. If you do go the OS & a few games route for the SSD, go with the 240 gb.

TL;DR Fallout 4 Version: 1) Graphics Card 2) RAM 3) SSD

Thank you. I ordered a r9 390, plus a 750 watt ps that should cover future updates (I saw that 500w was minimum and thats what I have currently).

Now you just need to get yourself a 1080P monitor to let the GPU work.

Thank you all. I appreciate it very much. I considered the ram update, but I would probably need to upgrade the motherboard too.
The monitor was another possibility, and still is. This one does look okay, and the response is 5 ms. I didn't know if it would make a really noticeable difference. If it does, I will have to wait until next month, because I'm on a budget. :)

Actually I would get the monitor first.
Not sure which model of 7800 is it but i bet it's 7870 2GB in which case IT is still a good GPU.
Any 22 - 24" display will look far better at 1080p than that 17" at 1280 x 1024, in fact it's 4:3 which makes things only worse since most of the games are natively designed for 16:9.
Also it's impossible DDR3 has 666 Mhz, DDR3 has 800+ frequency, so you seem to mess some numbers. In that case 12GB of ram is plenty even for todays standards and you don't need upgrade.

As far as you wont upgrade GPU you don't need PSU also so in that case that would be my shopping list with priority top to bottom

1) Display 100-200$
At this point you start playing games and test does it have enough FPS to play them fluent, I bet it would, if not go with further upgrades.

2) GPU + PSU. Here i would go for GTX 970 or R9 390/X. If you go any lower (R9 280 or GTX 960) it won't be economically efficient since for small step up you pay lots of cash. If you go any higher it will be overkill for 1080p which again is not economically efficient.

All in all it's your decision, but personally i would do as mentioned above.

I did order a monitor too :)
Don't know why the report says the incorrect speed of ram, I used a program called Speccy to get specs, and copy/pasted fro there.
