Does amd budget Quad core will bottleneck in future

Solution
i3-4150 up to now can handle 4 threaded games nicely because really most of the tasks are handle by the first core anyway.
And i3-4150 has strong cores indeed.
But the main advantage here is easy upgrade.
FX is a dead end. Many gamers w/ FX cpus complain about gaming performance every single day here. The usual answer? Go Haswell. This means a new platform altogether.
But if you get the i3-4150 you already get a strong gaming platform. You will just need upgrade the cpu.

no i'm in not looking over overclocking option
and i'm in tight budget, rather from them i can only go for i3 4150 it is a great dual core option. but will decrease future compatibility chances for gaming bcoz of its dual core ( i only heard that but does'nt belive in it)

If its false please let me know

I only want to be secure for 2-3 yrs

It depends on how high your settings are going to be and what GPU you use. A 960 will not be bottlenecked significantly by an AMD FX 8 core at a high enough clockspeed. Even a 6 core is probably fine. I would not go with a 4 core FX chip. An 8320E is around $100 at Microcenter and the UD3P motherboard will be $40 off bundled. Get a decent 3rd-party cooler and you can get good performance.
