I need help! I'm at my wits end! I have a Hp lo 400 color m451 it ran so smoothly on the internet....until I got my new modem. It will work if it's connected by a USB cable but it will not connect wirelessly. I am new at this but I have uninstalled it several times, and it's making me frustrated. I called asked for help it wasn't registered so they couldn't help me . When I bring up my internet it's listed like I can connect to it like it's the internet. I will appreciate all help thank you!
