Hello,
My brother just bought himself a new Levono laptop, we installed windows 8.1 for him but we a got a little problem.
There is no search bar at the start menu, here's photo of my pc as an example:

As u see the red circle in the top right i have these and had these when i installed windows 8.1, but he doesnt have them i can't find a way how to enable it, so how to enable it?
