Can't start computer (red led)

I built my PC, and for some reason computer didn't start.
I removed all components except cooler, motherboard, PSU, processor. and it's still keep red LED on the mother board and don't start.
I checked my 8 pins and 24 pins - they are connected - there are no beches too (cpu fan connected too)

What could be the issue?
Setup:
MSI B150 PC Mate
EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR - 500W 80 Plus Power Supply
Intel i5-6500

Ensure you have the cable connector (4+4) marked CPU to the motherboard and not a 6+2 PCI cable. If that's not it, check to ensure you do not have any extra standoffs or other touching the bottom of the motherboard. If still no joy, remove the CPU and check for bent pins.
