It started when I added a 2nd monitor to my graphics card and i've tried replacing my cpu cooler to stop the overheating but the temps never make it past 60c on the gpu or the cpu which shouldn't cause an overheat. My PSU is more than enough to provide enough power to everything and I can't figure it out. Any input is helpful.

Update: I've unplugged everything including my cpu cooler, gpu, ram, and power cables and then plugged them back in and then the following test didn't even get to start before it restarted.

I ran windows 8 memory test and it took approximately 45 minutes but didn't return any errors. My PSU is a Rosewill 80+gold 750watt and my total computer power consumption shouldn't exceed 400watts on max load

I found some updated drivers for my graphics card, installed them, used msi live updater to get some other unrelated drivers (realtek hd audio and network) and loaded up fire storm. It never gets past the loading screen before it restarts. It only happens when I attempt something graphically challenging it seems, normal use is fine.

I reseated my gpu, my cpu cooler, and my ram, moved my gpu to a different slot, unplugged all cords and updated all drivers. If there are any more drivers to get then they must be impossible to find.

I googled a fix for that state failure and came to toms hardware, followed the guide until I tried to enable legacy mode and no such mode was found. I typed it multiple times and it was correct each time, just not there or something.
