currently have a gigabyte b75m-d3h motherboard and it is too small for the 380 and i cant find a motherboard thats compatible with my cpu and video card, please help

That motherboard uses standard x16 PCIe slots that can certainly accommodate a R9 380. Are you trying to use the slot nearest the CPU?
