My CPU: I5 4690k
Mobo: Maximus VII hero
Cooler : Hyper Evo 212 i have fans on both side
GPU: R9 390 8GB
Ram: 12GB

is it safe for me to overclock with the hyper evo 212? im trying to get to range of 3.9 to 4.2 GHZ
