So I just upgraded my computer, i added a
-ASRock X99 Extreme4 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
-CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3
-980 Ti Geforce GTX
-G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 (4 of them)
- Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W

And everything is hooked up in the correct places I checked if it was my power supply and i put a paper click in the green wired and black wired 24 pin motherboard slot, and my 3 fans did 1 rotation and stopped, i turned the power supply off and then back on and same thing. I cannected my reset botton where my power button is suppose to go and that didnt work. I have the little gold prongs under the motherboard, and yes there is thermal paste on the processor and the processor is in correctly. My power button worked before I took my old parts out. Can anyone help me please.

1-Make sure the motherboard isnt seated too tightly onto the case, standoffs (the gold prongs).
2-Make sure the 4-Pin or 8-Pin(depending on motherboard) CPU Power cable is inserted into the 4/8-Pin receptacle on the motherboard (should be near the cpu)
3.Make sure the ram isnt faulty by testing each stick of memory(It looks like your mobo supports your quad channel 16gb setup).
4.Make sure the GPU's 2 x 4-Pin Connectors are installed properly.
-Cheers

I did it not connected and connected (the paper clip test). But everything thugginator said ive done and its all in correctly. I have no idea what im missing. You might be right Calvin about the ram but it should still boot up when i dont even have ram put in the motherboard. Still cant get it to power on
