Can't tweak my GPU voltage (Afterburner AND TriXX)

I have the latest version of both programs and neither lets me tweak my voltage. I have an r9 270 from MSI, and I've used MSI Afterburner for a long time, yesterday I decided to push my gpu's boundaries a bit and when I couldn't unlock the voltage control on Afterburner I tried to use TriXX and well: http://i.imgur.com/BOn9idg.jpg
Any help will be appreciated.

Well in afterburner you just go into settings under the general tab and check off "unlock voltage control" and you should also check "extend official overcloking limits" under AMD compatibility properties this allows the sliders to move farther. Not sure about trixx.
