I'm getting black squares over all the screen or anything that's recently drawn after the issue

When I'm on my computer the screen starts showing alot black squares but it doesn't show it when I'm in safemode only happens on the regular boot it went away at one point then came back any help well be appreciated

Connect to the motherboard video port if you can. If its it displays fine I will assume you have a bad graphics card. If already connected to the board and don't have a graphics card then I'd recommend getting a graphics card.
