Best Monitor /TV atm for under 200

Can un recommend me a good Monitor for my gaming pc that i can also use as a TV, since my monitor got damage, ill use it for a small room and also has my tv signal so i can put it in, thanks in advice

I have had good luck with vizio tvs, here's a 24 in 1080p for $150:
