Hello,
I have problem with turning on pc.
Phenom 965be
770-c45 am3
Gtx 660
2x kingstone 2gb, 1x 4gb ks - 1300
Corsair vs450
Anyway I thought it was old mobo and I made uprade to i5 4690k and z97 asus pro gamer - and still nothing. I've changed Psu to new one (520w) and still same problem. With gpu connected nothing happend but w/o gpu there is some progress -cpu fan is working but thats all - black screen. So its all because of old Ram or? If not ram I think pc should start on i5 integrated gpu.

But it happens on both motherboards. Maybe something is wrong with ram and also with gpu.... Eh I wanted to upgrade only mobo and cpu.

Hmm. Does any of your motherboard work with just one RAM stick? And does it work with that RAM stick in any of the available RAM slots? What about using the integrated GPU rather than the discrete one, just for the sake of trying?
