This is my first time trying to build my own PC, please help.
Mainly, this pc is for playing games and colour grading for videos.
Please bare with my poor english, it's not my first language, I do apologise. =)

Motherboard: Asus Z170-DELUXE

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K Processor (Should I change to 4790K OR i5 6600k)

Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 970 Gaming Twin Frozr HDMI DVI-I DP Graphics Card (4GB, PCI Express, DDR5, 256 Bit)

CPU Cooler: Corsair (CW-9060021-WW) Hydro Series H100i GTX 240mm Extreme Performance All-In-One Liquid CPU Cooler

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 3000 MHz CL15 XMP 2.0 DDR4 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit

Storage: Samsung 2.5-Inch 250 GB 850 EVO Solid State Drive
and Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM x2

Power Supply: Corsair CX750 Builder Series CX 750W ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze PSU (I don't really sure about this, how much watt I should choose?)

Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224FB/BEBE 24X Internal DVD Writer with SATA

It seems that I don't need a sound card and a network interface cards is that ture?

Thank you so much for answering my question!!

No, you don't need a sound card or ethernet card. Those are built-in to the motherboard. The Asus Z170 Deluxe even includes wifi and Bluetooth which most boards don't have. The only problem I see with your build is the choice of power supply. You picked a low quality unit for your high-end system You'd be better off with the EVGA 650 G2. Other than that, a very nice build.
