Asrock 1150 B85 Anniversary-56$
Intel Pentium G3460-70 $ or intel Pentium G3258-70$ mabye for ovecloking change cooler or AMD Athlon II FM2+ X4-860K whit same price motherboard-80$
MSI Radeon R7 370-140 $
putting some money into ncrease the performance of much ???

Well, the G3258 is going to beat the X4 860 in most (older) games, but some games simply will not run on dual-core CPUs (looking at you, Dragon Age: Inquisition), and I expect to see more of those in the coming year.

Fallout 4, for example, explicitly lists only quad-core CPUs as minimum requirements. I've seen youtube videos of people playing it on heavily overclocked dual-core CPUs, with every setting at rock bottom. It looks like crap and doesn't get very good fps at all. The 860K with the same video card runs higher settings with better FPS.

Far Cry 4 and Witcher 3 are clearly better on the 860:

I would buy the 860; in fact, I did.

You can also get a better video card for not much...
