i put my computer together. very first startup on on brand new system. got a h60 liquid cooler. computer started up got error cpufan error. The computer shut down after being on for only 1 minute.
it started itself back up and shut down immediatley.

It will not start up. the board is lit up red and the startup and reset buttons on the mobo are lit up. but nothing will turn on at all.

super frustrating. just put it together after waiting a month for all the parts and it didnt even last 2 minutes.

i cannot get into bios to change the fan settings to accept the cooler either.

any ideas?

Change the header you plug the fans into. Also you might want to re-seat the CPU block because you might've put it on wrong, or not enough thermal compound. I have the same mobo and when I had my CPU fan in the CPU_OPT it did the same thing, when I plugged it into the CPU_FAN I didn't get the error, though I had no error with my computer shutting off and my temps were perfectly fine.
