Case: Fractal Design mid tower case. Really clean looking, quiet and all black with side ports for USB, power, headphones (see 3rd pic)
Mobo: M5A78L-M LX PLUS Socket AM3+ 760G mATX AMD Motherboard
CPU: AMD FX 6300 Black Edition 3.5GHz Six-Core Socket AM3+ Boxed Processor
Memory: 8GB: G.SKLL Sniper 240 pin 1600 (2x 4GB sticks)
HD: 1TB TOSHIBA PH2100U-1I54
PSU: Corsair CX430 430 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply
OS: Windows 7 Professional (can upgrade to Windows 10)
I Really don't want to touch my CPU or Motherborad right now as I'm still kind of afraid of breaking it

Solution
Depends what you want to do

Just want to do browsing and word processing? it's fine as it is.

Want to do some gaming? Put a discreet GPU. Bear in mind that it would have to be pretty low voltage for that PSU (check it has the right connections first)

Without changing the CPU (and as a consequence the motherboard) there's not much you can do to see genuine performance increase

For gaming, I also plan on upgrading my Power Supply What is a good Card that won't BottleNeck the CPU
