I wiggled it all the ways I can think off but it just doesnt match. Only 2 screws match and I think that's not good enough. My case is the Aerocool Cyclops Advance red edition and my psu is the Seasonic m12ii evo 520w

Solution
I figured it was something like that, but you were sure you had wiggled it around enough to find the alignment so I figured I'd give you the benefit of the doubt. I was fairly certain going off the images on the Aerocool website that it should have been correct though. Glad you got it. Take care.
Do you have the intake fan for the PSU facing up into the case, or down towards the bottom? If you have the fan facing up into the case, that's wrong, and should face towards the bottom where the PSU intake fan grill is. That should allow the PSU to line up as the bolt pattern on the case looks exactly like every other ATX pattern I've ever seen and should be fine.

Power supplies on bottom mounted units draw air in through the bottom, where it's cooler and exhaust out the back of the case.

Yes I do have it facing down where the grill and filter is but it just wont match the screw holes for some reason.This is my first build so I'm still a noob at these kind of things ;_;
Could it be a manufacturing defect? for the case? Because I'm pretty sure nothing is wrong with my PSU.

It it's a manufacturing defect, which is extremely doubtful, it would be on the part of the case manufacturer, which is a cheap one, rather than on the part of the PSU manufacturer, which is not a cheap one.

Can you post a picture of the back of your case and the back of your power supply?

Just for shits and grins, turn the PSU over and see if the screw holes line up. I've seen cheap cases orient the screw holes the wrong way before, so it wouldn't surprise me.

I fixed the problem :) it seems they were misaligned at first glance so what I had to do was to push down the psu and screw one of the holes that I managed to align while pushing it down after that I just screwed the other holes in and voila! properly aligned. Thanks Darkbreeze for trying to help.
