How much wattage (PSU) do I need for my build?

This is my first attempt to build my own individual part-picked PC so I was wondering how much wattage will I actaully need for this build:

Gpu: Gtx 960 G1 Gaming 4GB Edition
Cpu: I5 4690k
Motherboard:Z87 G1 Sniper
Ram: Still dont know for sure but it would be 2 sticks of 4GB each
Keyboard: Wireless keyboard(Any brand)
Mouse: Wired mouse

Bear in mind please that im considering to overclock both the cpu and the gpu in the far future.

Many thanks in advance :)

Forgot to mention a 1TB Hard drive and an optical drive.

    500w+ loads of headroom mate.

Seasonic sii 520 , xfx 550 are both around $50 at the minute if you're USA & are both excellent quality.

Thanks for the almost instant reply mate ^_^

But just one question did you bare mind the 400w wattage needed by the gpu only?
  3. That stated 400w is gigabyte recommendation for system wide power use mate not the GPU only.

The 960 is 150w absolute max. That system even heavily over clocked & fully stressed will barely touch 300w.

Cpu: the one stated above about 1800 Egp
    Gpu: 2200 Egp
    Mobo: 950-1000 Egp
    HDD: 400-420 Egp
