ì have this problem when ever i say some thing it says it in my headset too, i dont know why it does that, but its making me insane, im running windows 10 ,an my microphone is plugged in to a Steinberg UR22 sound "box" my mic is a SHURE Beta 58A, can someone please help, i have looked everywhere, but have been unable to find anything.....

I had a similar problem. I found the solution is linked to your speakers and not the microphone. Try to open up sound, double click on the device you are using to bring up the sound properties, then click on the "Levels" tab. Mute the microphone tab and it should be good.
