I have a question when i play fallout 4 it shuts down my pc i think it might be the power supply i have a vs650 fallout does work but only when i turn down the graphics so i thats why i think its power supply and i just bought a new GPU with that GPU i bought this game its a gtx 970 so here are my specs

GPU geforce gtx970
CPU Intel(R)Core(TM)i5-4430 CPU 3ghz Quad core
16GB RAM
1000GB Hard disk
vs650 power supply

I think my power supply might not be able to run these components and fallout 4 on ultra i want everything perfect im that kinda guy so can some1 tell me if fallout 4 should run on ultra with
these components and it only crashes when the intro is gone then the world will need to render so what probably happens i think is worlds gonna render procesors says i need power power suply says i dont have any crash if this could be the case please say it

I don't think your psu is causing the crashes. The psu will run those system but it's not a good psu. I think the problem lies on your gpu. Did you update or install the driver?? And other things like DirectX and Net Framework??

its all updated but maybe my cpu yeah i mean fallout 4 is rather cpu intensive not gpu intensive so maybe my gpu isnt good enough or the combination of them my gpu needs more power on certain moments but it cant get it or simply overheats
