Computer comparitively slow after Windows 7 32-bit to 64-bit upgrade.

ok now i've had a really big problem relating to win 10 and i got it solved. in short, first i had win 7 32 bit. then win 10 32 bit. Then i made up a mess of my pc and installed three windows 10. Finally i formatted my pc and got win 7 64 bit. Since that it has been slower. I have turned all the visual effects and animations off. Is it due to my RAM, i.e. 3 gb ddr3(1333) or what is the problem? It lags and sometimes an app takes time to open. Its reallly worse than 32 bit win 7 and 10 too.I want to know the reason beacuse if it is RAM then i'm already getting it upgraded to 8gb. Please help.

And one more thing please. I was running fifa 14 in the 32 bit but now it doesn't work. Why is that? I start the 3dm launcher and just nothing happens. Is it normal that 32bit programs can't run on 64 bit? But how did FIFA got to know that it is 32 or 64. Please explain.
