Put together a custom computer and installed windows seven, everything seemed fine until it got started. I have no internet connection. Under device manager, its listed under other devices as ethernet controller and teo universal serial bus connectors under that. It says that device isn't. Using any resources it has a problem.
Should i reinstall windows again. I hit the bios flash and that disnt do anything i have no clue lol, just read that the drivers should be on the bios pr something, hope my mobo is ok. Its a M5A99FX PRO 2.0 and system is windows 7 64 professional.
Thanks for the help.

Did you remember to install the motherboard drivers? Sounds like you didn't do that step... and it would explain why you don't have your ethernet drivers.

If you don't have the CD... just go to the motherboard's manufacturer's website and download the drivers there...

Hello... 1) The OS system needs the software drivers installed for your MB and Installed hardware... Typically these are all on a DVD/CD that comes with your MB... OR you can DL them from the MB website.
2) Sometimes to need to enable or disable things in your MB default BIO's... depending on your Hardware too.
3) Start with your Chipset/MB drivers first.

Yes i installed the win 7 first ive done it before no issues wierd. Ok so i try with the mobo and it asks me to insert a floppy. I dont have a floppy drive. Should i reformat? Do i need a floppy drive?

Hello... USB is todays Floppy...
Your MB BIO's SATA controller is set to ACHI... and Windows 7 needs a ACHI driver pre installed for that Communication MODE.
1) Try setting it in your BIO's SATA hardware to IDE, (save&exit) IF you don't want to pre-install a driver... and Windows will install.

You need to relax and organize... B )

Install Windows
Install MB and hardware device drivers.
Set Video Display settings.
Set Audio settings.
Set NIC/network settings.

This should take only 30 mins if your prepared/DL'd all your hardware drivers to a USB stick.

Hello... GO to Youtube and view "Windows 7 clean install" to start Over/Remove the Windows install... practice make perfect.

Yes... I could not repair/service PC's without having a bunch of USB sticks with Tools/drivers etc on them to do the JOB fast.

a 4GB will do the Job.
