What OS have you purchased, and on what media? USB or DVD?

Your BIOS should already have the DVD in the boot priority somewhere.
Does not matter where.

Put the Windows DVD you purchased in the drive.
Power on.
The BIOS will cycle through all the available options until it finds something to boot from.

Look at the first SATA port. Oh, nothing? Ok, move on
Look at the next SATA port. Still nothing? OK, move on
Look at the DVD drive. Ahhhh...there we go. Boot from this.
Does it boot in the bios? You need to have a bootable windows disc/usb to start installation. If you have purchased the windows disc then go to bios and select boot device priority as follows 1. Cd Drive>HDD>USB. Then insert your disc while still i bios and save and restart, it should say " Press Any Key to boot from CD" and setup should start

if you have windows cd put it in the cd rom drive and in the bios set the first boot device to cd rom. if your making the windows iso for a usb stick there two ways. one is the windows iso to usb tool.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
you need an 8g usb stick to fit both iso images onto a usb stick. when it done set the mb bios to boot from usb first.
if you have windows 7/8 key you can now enter it on the newest version of windows 10 install without having to install 7/8 then running the windows 10 upgrade.

You need to purchase an OS
Boot from that, and install.

When you power on your pc smash the DEl and F2 keys which are common keys to take into bios. And when you have the os put the x64 or 64bit disc and restart bios as I said in my first post

most bios boot will be the del key or the escape key or f1/f2 it be on the bottom of the screen for a few seconds. if you have an 8g usb stick you can download windows 10 and put it on the usb stick and install it onto your pc. just make sure it 64 bit of windows. you can then just buy the windows oem or retail key from microsoft and use it to register the pc.
