Hello,
How you see i'm going to buy Intel Core i5-4590, Quad Core, 3.30GHz, 6MB, LGA1150, 22nm, 84W, VGA, but i don't know does my motherboard can hold it which is: "GA-M61SME-S2" so please someone answer.

No. That motherboard is an AM2 board used for AMD processors, not Intel processors.

Your options for that motherboard would be any Athlon (or Sempron) AM2 or AM2+ processor. Though keep in mind if you use an AM2+ processor your bus speeds will be downgraded from like HT3 to HT1 if I'm not mistaken.

If you wanted to use an Intel chip, or more specifically the one you mentioned you'll need a newer motherboard that supports the 1150 chipset.

The Z97 board seems like a pretty decent run of the mill board for the 1150 intel based systems. I ordered one myself (Should be here Monday!)

If you need one REALLY cheap then there is this one. I cannot speak for it's quality or performance though. I'd rather not skimp on things like a motherboard and RAM
