Will this pc handle a asus gtx 950 strix 2gb? (not the gtx 950 OC version)

Specs:
Motherboard: cm6330_cm6630_cm6730_cm6830
Power Supply: hba005-za1gt 350
CPU: i5 3330 3.0ghz
RAM: 4GB ddr3 + 2GB ddr3 ram

Current graphics card: Nvidia Asus GT 630

I want to know if the power supply is enough and if the motherboard supports the GPU...

Don't know about the power supply. It can handle it fine if the PSU can deliver the rated power though. I will say you will cut it somewhat close, since recommended supply for such a setup is 400W or so.

Then you shouldn't install the GPU. The PSU shows peak power 350W, which means it is garbage. You will kill your system.
