Hey guys, i bought the msi z97s sli krait board a few days ago and i just bought the i7 4790k and 8gb of hyper x white ram, and my ram arrive today and i put everything together, and it told me something about." motherboard or memory has changed" so i selected go to bios and i went to the bios and changed the date and time, then looked at my boot priority,(everything looked normal) and hit save and exiy. But now it goes to a black screen and has like an "s" in the coner and then "A2" and just sits there. Ill press a button and it'll restart the cycle then go to the A2 screen. Any ideas how to fix it?

sound like a bios bug got you. power off the pc pull the gpu and one ram stick. connect video to onboard video port and then boot and go into the bios check the bios rev. on the main screen.

if it not close to a6 then from another pc download and unzip a6 bios and then use a usb stick and copy the file top the stick. plug the usb stick in and reboot and go back into the bios. use the msi bios update tool that on the lower right of the main bios. after you updated the bios to a6..go back in hit save factory default and reboot. then go back in set the date and time if needed. under ram speed make sure xmp profile is on. under priamny display set it to...
