I wanted to know what temps the intel stock cooler would get with an i5 4460, the case has positive air pressure and good airflow. I also wanted to know how loud it gets and whether it is tolerable as if I do not need a stock cooler then I can get my self an 850 evo ssd. Thank you.

Solution
Stock cooler should be OK, they get load to me, I normally just toss them and always use 3rd party coolers, but many use them and no problems - could also start with the stock cooler and if it bothers you - upgrade down the road - it's not like you will be OCing the CPU ;)

Depends on where you live: The stock cooler isn't particularly noisy and keeps the CPU cool enough for most, but if you live in a hot climate and the system is in a room without AC it'll be nosier and the CPU will run hotter.
Without knowing the above, I'd get the 850 EVO, even the cheap Hyper 212 Evo is more than capable of keeping a i5 4460 very cool if the stock part proves too noisy/hot for you so you can always add it into the build later.

Another quick question would an Nzxt s340 case allow me to have both 140mm and 120mm case fans as intakes with a single 120mm as exhaust?

In normal use, it is quiet.
When rendering 3D and running 100% for several minutes, you can hear it but it is not really loud, and the CPU is at 74C
I am at 4.2GHz
