You would get the same gaming performance from it for the most part, but it will run a little louder and hotter because you'll have to use intel's stock cooler, but it should still run just fine. Also loud times will be slower because you won't have an SSD. But this build is still very high quality and comes with a nice 1080p IPS monitor, so it is what I would suggest.
