My case is the Apevia Qpack3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144294 , and the cable management options aren't great (Should've gotten a different case). The included 140mm fan that comes with it is just loud and doesn't push a whole lot of air. So I'm looking to replace it. Max I want to spend is $20. I don't care about leds or anything, or color. I want a fan that has a good balance between noise levels and cfm. Any recommendations? Thanks
