Hi,

just a few questions since this is my second build ;)

Asus z97, i7 4790k with a Nepton 140XL water cooled, gigabyte gtx 970, 16gb 1600 Corsair vengeance all in a cooler master storm stryker.

First off i ran the ASUS AI suite 3, 5 way optimization setup therefore the CPU stress test began! Tthe thing went all the way up passed intel's specs ratings to 4.9 Mhz and 78C at only 11% of the stress test? IS THIS NORMAL?

I kinda didn't know if it was safe or not so i stopped it and it simply ran the next test.

Second, i switched the pump pins to DC instead of pwm since i read that for pumps its best not to fluctuate the voltage too much so i left it constant on about 55-60% (5500 - 6800 RPM) and the CPU temperature on IDLE sits at around 18 - 23C....IS THIS TOO LOW?

If i let the system do what it wants and run the fan autoconfig, it actually turns my pump off and sets it to turn on at only 40C. Is the system trying to tell me that it wished to run at a higher temperature at an IDLE between 35-28C so i should simply let it?

Over all with the pump on, the system seems quite stable even while running flight simulators!

Thank you soo much and sorry for the ignorance :D
