Budget Range: 1400-1500 MAX ( PC + Monitor )

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (not AAA games such as LoL, Dota2, CS:GO), web surfing, watching movies.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Do you need to buy OS: Yes Preferably a 64-bit windows 10 non OEM

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: MSY

Location: Australia

Parts Preferences: Preferably a Intel skylake build

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I don't mind having a m-ATX board if this means the build is going to be cheaper. I also need to buy gaming peripherals which includes keyboard mouse and a mouse pad. The peripherals are not included in the budget but Im willing to spend AUD$100 for both if I can.

Here is the list that I came up with but its over the budget

That build would work just fine, this is my suggestion though. It's within your budget and would provide the same in game performance. Just buy a generic mouse pad with your leftover budget.

Thanks for the partlist now the problem is I can't find the monitor that you recommended
you can click here these are all they have CPL Online BenQ Monitors
Is it a good idea to get the M.2 850 evo 120GB ? instead of the samsung 840 evo because the difference is $10
The monitor that I can come up with is the Asus VE248H
