I Have a Sony VAIO VGN-CS23G
Specs:
CPU: Intel(R)Pentium(TM) T4200 2.20GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2
GPU: Intel GMA 4500MHD

I Would Like To Upgrade The Laptop's CPU To A Pentium T4500 But I'm Not Sure If The Laptop Would Work After Upgrading Will It Destroy My Laptop OR Not Even Work At All?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes my Vaio is hot at the CPU area as i am using it, right now the CPU is running at 48 C. Anyway i found out that the Core 2 Duo T9900 3.06GHz also consumes 35W same as the T4200 so does that mean i can upgrade to a Core 2 Duo T9900 without running into any heat issues?
