Hey Everyone,

First, thanks for reading the post and your advice will be most helpful.

Currently, I have AT&T Uverse with Downstream speed up to 45 Mbps with NETGEAR Nighthawk X4 AC2350 Smart Wi-Fi Router (R7500). And with TP-link N900(Model: TL-WDN4800) and connected through 5 Ghz

At first installed, I didn't have any lags when playing any Blizzard games such as Heroes, and Diablo. However, now I get this slight lag every time I play. Now, I do use my internet with my room mates but right now I'm only one at home and it still causes this issues.

Here are some things I tried:
1. turn off AT&T modem's wireless function.
2. turn off anything running in back ground.

Thank you for reading. Do you have any advice? much help will be appreciated.

A lot of times it means you might have to update things on your computer. Go to windows updater and see if there are any updates needed, same with your graphics card drivers and pretty much everything else. I know it seems strange to update things that are seemingly irrelevant to gaming but this is the solution to most of my random lag. If this doesn't fix it then it might be your Internet but the only way to test this would to be to play a singleplayer game. You could go to speedtest.com and check to see if you're getting the Internet speeds you paid for. If you're not then you can contact your Internet provider about it. Another possibility is if you are using Wifi instead of hardwired because Wifi takes a lot out of the Internet...
