Two sata II interfences to a sata III ssd

I've recently purchased a sata III ssd. After about a week i found my laptop is sata II, is there an adapter out there that will let me run a sata III off two sata II interfences at the sata III speed?

there is no adapter like this for a laptop. your performance will still be much better with a ssd than a hdd in sata II. the difference is minimal.
