Chrome:"Err_Connection_Refused" it just happened out of the blue one day and sometimes I can access the internet and sometimes I can't now, generally I'll contact comcast and they'll tell me my modem isn't reading correctly and they'll send the reboot signal and it temporarily lets me on the internet, but Steam, and other applications like League will still not connect. I've tried the IPConfig, the flush dns, port forwarding to the applications, and triggering. Is it the modems fault? I've even system restored twice, ran anti-virus to no avail, there's literally no programs on my computer besides Steam, League, and google chrome (besides the basic windows 10 programs that are naturally installed) Please help! I'd like to start gaming again ^_^ My ISP is Comcast and I am purchasing the 100 mbps package, speedtest and pingtest are all coming up just fine, and I can smoothly search the internet, whenever I do have it running. Even if I can access my browsers though, it still won't let me get onto Steam with the error "Cannot connect to servers at this time" and League with the error "There was an error connecting with Maestro" as I try to pull up the application and it automatically closes.

If your system is connected directly to the modem when this happens, I'd have your ISP replace it. And get a router to use also, using a modem directly to a PC leaves security holes.
